Hands-only CPR – Enjoy and Learn
The American Heart Association has developed an adapted form of CPR called Hands-only-CPR. This technique involves the use of inter-locked hands to push hard and fast on a victim’s chest. The recommended pace is 100 thrusts per minute which matches the beat of the Bee Gees’ song “Staying Alive”. The ER24 family put some of their members’ acting, camera, editing, writing and directing skills to the test and put together a Hands-only-CPR demonstration for you. Take a look.
