[AZAADVILLE] – Taxi and car collide, leaving twelve injured.

This morning, twelve people were injured when a taxi and a light motor vehicle collided on Albertina Sisulu Road in Azaadville.
ER24 and other services arrived at 09h46 to find the taxi on its side some distance off the road. The car had come to a stop just a short distance away.
Medics assessed the patients seen seated on the roadside and found that twelve people had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patients were treated and later transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
