[BENONI] – Five-vehicle collision leaves four injured.

This afternoon, four people were injured following a five-vehicle collision on the N12 near the Tom Jones offramp in Benoni.
ER24 paramedics and other services arrived at 15h30 to find five light vehicles in the middle of the road. A man was found seated in his car while three other patients were walking around.
Medics assessed the patients and found that all four patients had sustained moderate injuries.
The patients were treated, and the man was provided with pain-relief medication before being transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
