[BENONI] – Seven hospitalised following a taxi collision.

Seven people were hospitalised yesterday following a collision between a taxi and bakkie on Bolton Avenue in Benoni early yesterday morning.
Shortly after 00h00, ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the bakkie and taxi on the side of the road. The taxi was found up against a residence wall.
Medics assessed the patients seen walking around the scene and found that seven people had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patients were treated and thereafter transported to various hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
