[BENONI] – Two injured in a two-vehicle collision

This morning, a man and woman were injured when two light motor vehicles collided on Princess Road in Benoni.
On arrival at 08h20, ER24 medics found that one vehicle was in the middle of the road while the other had come to a stop on the side of the road. A woman was seen walking around while a man was lying next to his vehicle.
Medics assessed the patients and found that the man was in serious condition while the woman had escaped with minor injuries.
The patients were treated for their injuries, and the man was provided with pain-relief medication before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
