[BISHOPS COURT] – Car crashes into tree leaving two dead, one critical.

Two men were killed and another left critical when the car they were travelling in crashed into a tree on the M3 in Bishops Court in the Western Cape.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 23h45 to find the Western Cape EMS and Rescue Services already in attendance.

On closer inspection, medics found the bodies of two men, believed to be in their 30s, lying trapped inside of the vehicle with no signs of life.

Unfortunately, nothing could be done for them and they were declared dead.

A third man, believed to have been a passenger in the vehicle, was being tended to by the Western Cape EMS. Assessments showed that the man was in a critical condition.

The man was treated for his injuries and provided with advanced life support interventions before he was transported to a provincial hospital for further care.

The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
