[BLOEMFONTEIN] – Baby boy found in rubbish bin.

A baby boy believed to be five days old was found last night in a rubbish bin in Bloemfontein CBD.
ER24 paramedics were called to the Thabure Police Station after a young boy had found the child in a rubbish bin. The boy then rushed the child to the nearby Police Station.
On arrival, medics found that the child had escaped injury and seemed to be in a healthy condition.
The child was transported to a nearby hospital for further assessment.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
