[BOKSBURG] – Taxi overturns, leaving sixteen injured.

This morning, sixteen people were injured when the taxi they travelled in overturned on the N12 eastbound near Kraft Road in Boksburg.
ER24 and other services arrived on the scene at 06h46 to find the taxi on its side in the emergency lane. The passengers were seen seated along the roadside barriers.
Medics assessed the patients and found that sixteen adults had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patients were treated and later transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
