[COPEVILLE] – Man left seriously injured in bakkie rollover.

A 21-year-old man was left seriously injured this afternoon when his bakkie rolled off the Table Mountain Road in Copeville, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 13h48 to find a bakkie approximately 50 metres away from the road. A man was found seated next to the vehicle.

Medics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous soft tissue injuries and well as injuries to his back.

The man was treated for his injuries and provided with pain-relief medication before he was transported to Mediclinic Pietermaritzburg for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
