[CRAMOND] – Taxi and bakkie collide leaving seven injured.

Seven people were left injured this afternoon when a bakkie and taxi collided on the R33 in Cramond, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on the scene at 14h58 to find the two vehicles parked on the side of the road. Several people were found seated next to the two vehicles.

Medics assessed the patients and found that seven people had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found on the scene.

The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to nearby hospitals for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further care.
