[EAST END] – Man struck and killed by a train.

This morning, a man was struck and killed by a train in the East End area in Bloemfontein.
ER24 paramedics received the report and immediately responded, arriving at 07h45.
On the scene, medics found the body of a man lying along the tracks next to the goods train.
The assessment showed that the man had already succumbed to his numerous injuries. Nothing could be done for him, and he was declared dead.
