[EASTWOOD] – Two dead, one injured in shooting.

Two men were killed and another injured in a shooting on Tarentaal Road in Eastwood, KwaZulu Natal, yesterday afternoon.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 17h45 to find the local authorities already in attendance. A vehicle was found parked in the middle of the road. Two men were found inside the vehicle while another was found outside the vehicle.

Medics assessed the patients and found that two men had already succumbed to their gunshot wounds. Nothing could be done for them and they were declared dead.

The third man was assessed and found to have sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. The man was treated and thereafter transported to a nearby provincial hospital for further care.

The details surrounding this incident is not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
