[GERMISTON] Two critically injured in a single-vehicle collision

Two adult males have been critically injured after losing control of their vehicle on Black Reef Road in Germiston and colliding with a concrete structure early this morning.

ER24 paramedics as well as other private services, Ekhuruleni Fire and Metro Police were on scene at 01:37. The two men had been extracted from the wreckage by the local community and both require Advanced Life Support interventions. ER24 treated and transported one of the critical patients, a 29-year-old male, to Thelle Mogoerane Regional Hospital while the other was airlifted by Medical Helicopter to Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital for further care.
