[GLENANDA] – Taxi and bakkie collide leaving five injured.

Five people were left injured this evening when a bakkie and taxi collided on Amanda Street in Glenanda, Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on the scene at 18h46 to find that the taxi had come to a stop against a tree. The bakkie was found a short distance away.
Medics assessed the five patients walking around on the scene and found that one had sustained a serious injury to his leg while four others had sustained moderate injuries.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
