[GOODWOOD] – Four injured in a shootout.

Four men, believed to be suspects, were injured this morning in a shootout between local authorities in Voortrekker Street in Goodwood, Western Cape.
ER24 paramedics, along with the Western Cape Metro, arrived on the scene at 11h30 to find the local authorities already in attendance. Four men were found lying on the pavement overseen by the authorities.
Medics assessed the men and found that they had sustained numerous gunshot wounds, leaving one man in a critical condition while the three others were in a serious to moderate condition.
The men were treated and provided with pain-relief medication before being transported to a Provincial Hospital for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
