[KLEIN BRAK] – Man struck and killed by a truck.

This afternoon, a man believed to be in his 50s was killed when he was struck by a truck on the N2 towards Mossel Bay in Klein Brak.
ER24 arrived on the scene at 15h00 to find the Metro Rescue already in attendance. On closer inspection, medics found a truck and trailer in the left-hand lane. The body of a man was found lying in the middle of the road.
Medics assessed the man and found that he had already succumbed to numerous injuries. Nothing could be done for him, and he was declared dead by Metro Rescue.
