[KRUGERSDORP] – Biker killed after crashing into tree.

A man, believed to be in his 30s, was killed this afternoon when his motorbike collided with a bakkie, throwing the biker into a tree on Voortrekker Road in Krugersdorp.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 13h50 to find the motorbike situated on the side of the road. The biker, a man in his 30s, was found lying next to a tree on the centre median.

Medics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life. Nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead.

The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
