[KRUGERSDORP] – Taxi rollover leaves sixteen injured.

Sixteen people were left injured this morning when the taxi they were travelling in rolled at the Chamdor and Albertina Sisulu Intersection in Krugersdorp.

ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on the scene at 08h40 to find the taxi lying on its side on the side of the road. Several people were found seated near the vehicle.

Medics assessed the patients and found that sixteen people had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.

The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to nearby hospitals for further care.

The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
