LADYSMITH – Man left seriously injured in home invasion.

A man was left seriously injured last night during a home invasion at a residence in Bengal Road in Ladysmith, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after 20h00 after neighbours heard screams coming from the home.

On scene, medics found the man seated at the rear door of the home.

Medics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries to his head and face.

The man was treated for his injuries and thereafter transported to a nearby hospital for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
