[MIDVAAL] – Man killed, another injured in attack.

One man was killed, and another left injured in an alleged attack along the K154 in Midvaal.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the local authorities were already in attendance.
The body of a man was found lying in the veld near the dirt road. The man was found bound, had sustained serious burn wounds and showed no signs of life.
Nothing could be done for the man, and he was declared dead.
A second man was found a little further down the road. Assessments showed that he had sustained moderate injuries. The man was treated and thereafter transported to a nearby provincial hospital for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
