[PACALTSDORP] – Two bakkies collide leaving thirteen injured.

Thirteen people were left injured this morning when two bakkies collided on Beach Road in Pacaltsdorp, George.
ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on the scene at 06:45 to find a bakkie on its side in the road while the second bakkie was parked a few metres away. Several people were found walking around on the scene.
Medics assessed the patients and found that two people had sustained serious injuries while eleven others had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
Medics treated the patients and provided the seriously injured with pain-relief medication before eleven patients were transported to hospital. Two patients declined transportation to hospital.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
