[PANORAMA] – Three-vehicle collision leaves one dead, five injured.

One man was killed this morning, and five others injured following a three-vehicle collision on Plattekloof Road in Panorama, Western Cape.
ER24 and the City of Cape Town Fire and Rescue arrived shortly after 09h00. On scene, medics found a truck and SUV on the road while a bakkie was parked on the side of the road.
On closer inspection, medics found six men seated in the bakkie. Assessments showed that one man was in critical condition while five others had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
Medics treated the patients and provided the critically injured man with advanced life support. After treatment, the patients were transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hospital, the critically injured man succumbed to his numerous injuries.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
