[PARK WEST] Biker seriously injured in collision

A 27-year-old female motorbike rider sustained serious injuries following a collision with a minibus on the corners of Parfitt Avenue and Park Road in Park West, Bloemfontein yesterday morning.

When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 07h30, they found the woman lying in the road next to her motorbike. She was found to be in a serious condition. Paramedics initiated advanced life support interventions before transporting her to hospital for further medical care.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics, but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
