[PHILADELPHIA] Two killed, one injured in a collision

Two people have been killed and one other person sustained serious injuries following a collision between two vehicles on the N7 in Philadelphia in the early hours of Sunday morning.

When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly after 02h00am, various services were already found at the scene. Upon further assessment, paramedics found that two people had sustained fatal injuries and were declared dead at the scene.

One other patient was found with serious injuries. Advanced life support interventions were immediately initiated before the patient was transported to hospital for further medical care.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is not known to our paramedics, but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
