[POTCHEFSTROOM] – Bakkie rollover leaves four injured.

Four people were left injured this morning, one of them seriously, when the bakkie they were travelling in rolled on the N12 near Potchefstroom.

ER24 paramedics and Potchefstroom EMS arrived on the scene at 06h00 to find the bakkie upright on the side of the road. A woman and three men were found seated near the vehicle.

Medics assessed the patients and found that the woman had sustained numerous injuries and was in a serious condition while the three men had sustained minor injuries.

The patients were treated for their injuries and immediately transported to Potchefstroom Provincial Hospital for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
