[POTCHEFSTROOM] Man sustains only minor injuries in collision
A 52-year-old man remarkably sustained only minor injuries when his vehicle overturned several times along Ross Street in Potchefstroom on Saturday morning.
Shortly after 2am, paramedics from ER24 and local emergency services arrived on the scene where they found a severely damaged bakkie. The driver, a 52-year-old man, was found trapped inside of the vehicle. Fire services had to use extrication tools to free the man from the wreckage. Once freed, he was assessed by paramedics and found to have only sustained minor abrasions.
He was later transported to a nearby hospital for a full assessment. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is not yet known. Local authorities attended the scene.
