[POTCHEFSTROOM] – Vehicle rollover leaves two injured.

This morning, two people were injured, including a child, when their vehicle rolled on the Ventersdorp Road, approximately 7km outside of Potchefstroom.
ER24 paramedics arrived at 07h31 and found a light motor vehicle on its side next to the road. A 29-year-old woman was located next to the car while a baby, believed to be one-year-old, was found in the arms of a bystander.
Medics assessed the patients and found that the woman had sustained serious injuries while the baby had escaped with minor injuries.
The patients were treated, and the woman was provided with pain-relief medication before being transported to Mediclinic Potchefstroom for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
