[PRESIDENT PARK] – Child declared dead after fatal drowning.

This afternoon, a two-year-old child was declared dead following a fatal drowning at a residence in President Park in Midrand.
ER24 paramedics arrived at 12h20 to find the Provincial Services already in attendance. A two-year-old child was found lying near the poolside.
Unfortunately, nothing could be done, and the child was declared dead by the Provincial paramedic.
It is understood that the child had been missing for a short time before being found and pulled from the pool by other residents on the property.
