ROOIHUISKRAAL – Driver seriously injured in single taxi rollover

A man, believed to be 47-years-old, sustained serious injuries following a single taxi rollover on the R101 in Rooihuiskraal this morning.

When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 06h00, they found the taxi lying on its side off the roadway and the driver still inside the taxi. Upon further assessment, they found that the man had sustained serious injuries. ER24 paramedics treated the man at the scene before transporting him to hospital for further medical care.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is not known to our paramedics.
