[SASOLBURG] – One killed, another critical in bakkie rollover.

A man was killed, and another left critically injured this morning when their bakkie rolled on the R57 under the R59 bridge in Sasolburg.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the wrecked bakkie on the side of the road. Two men were found lying outside the vehicle on either side.
Medics assessed the men and found that one had already succumbed to his numerous injuries. Nothing could be done for him, and he was declared dead.
The second man was assessed and found to have sustained numerous injuries and was in critical condition. Paramedics treated the man and provided him with advanced life support interventions before he was transported to a provincial hospital for further care.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
