[SPRINGS] One killed, one injured in a two-vehicle collision

A man sustained fatal injuries, while another man sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Ermelo road in Springs this evening.

When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 18h30, they found a man still seated in his vehicle. Unfortunately, he was showing no signs of life and was declared dead at the scene by paramedics. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries, but was transported to a medical facility privately.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is not known to our paramedics, but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
