[VAN REENEN] Pedestrian killed on N3

A 32-year-old man was killed yesterday morning (27/06/20) after being knocked down by a truck on the N3, Van Reenen, on the border of KZN and the Free State.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 8:22 am along with the Van Reenen Police and the N3 TC road patrol. Unfortunately the man had suffered fatal injuries and nothing could be done for him – he was declared dead on arrival.

The exact circumstances surround the incident are unknown to ER24.
