[WALKERVILLE] – Father and son injured in robbery.

A father and son were left injured this morning following an armed robbery at a farm in Walkerville.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the local CPF members already in attendance.

On closer inspection, medics found a father and son seated outside the residence.

Medics assessed the two and found that each had sustained a gunshot wound to their upper leg, leaving the father in a serious condition while the son was in a stable condition.

The patients were treated for their injuries and the father provided with pain-relief medication before they were transported to a private hospital for further care.
