[ZWARTKOP] One dead, one seriously injured in single-vehicle rollover

A man in his mid-20s has died and another has suffered serious injuries following a single-vehicle rollover on Jan Road, Zwartkop, outside Centurion this morning.

ER24 paramedics arrived at 06:10 to find a VW Golf in a ditch on the side of the road. The passenger unfortunately showed no signs of life and was declared dead on arrival. The driver was found to have suffered serious injuries and was partially entrapped. Once freed he was treated and transported to Kalafong Hospital for further care.

The cause of this incident is unknown to our paramedics, but authorities were due to arrive for further investigation.
