During the early hours of the December 5th, a family was woken up by a gunshot in their home. Intruders had shot the man of the house. Khumo Nare is a medical dispatcher at ER24’s contact centre. She was assigned the task of mobilizing emergency assistance for this incident. This was no easy task for her. Khumo shares her story.
